    As much as we hope that you'll love everything you buy from Kuccia, we understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned to us. We have made our Returns Policy as transparent as possible so you know exactly how it works before ordering, please read below.

    Any full price item(s) purchased from can be returned to us for a full refund, exchange or for credit. If the issue with your item(s) is through a fault of our own, such as an incorrect or faulty item, we will happily refund you the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us, and also refund or exchange the item(s) at your discretion. We're sorry to say that we can only cover the return shipping costs on orders where we are at fault. Please refer to our size guide to help you choose your order. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of swimwear or underwear, unless the reason for return is a fault of our own. You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase for a full refund.

    Please contact us at within 14 days of receipt of your order if you wish to return anything to us. We unfortunately are not able to provide a refund after that period, but we'll still give you the option to exchange or return for credit for a further 14 days. Furthermore we cannot offer a refund on sale items or items purchased under a promotion code, but we will happily exchange or issue credit if you contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Please include your order number, the reason for return and whether you require a replacement, different item(s), or a refund or credit in your email to us. Our return address will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your request.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging with the original tags. Please be careful when trying on the items and please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the items. We recommend using a registered service to return items to us, as we cannot be responsible for items that have not been received.

    Credit codes last 6 months from the day we receive the item(s) back, and can only be used online at We will endeavour to turn your order around, or issue a refund or credit, as quickly as possible upon receipt and inspection of your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you may vary. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to arrive back at your original payment source. Please also be aware that, although every step has been taken to prevent this, on the rare occasion your order is simply out of stock. We apologise in advance if this does ever happen, and we will contact you straight away to offer you a choice of alternatives or a full refund.

    We offer a limited quality assurance guarantee of 90 days for all products purchased from This means that if your item develops a legitimate fault that could not possibly have been caused by reasonable use of the product, we will offer a return and the choice of a replacement, refund or credit. We reserve the right to draw the ultimate conclusion as to the cause of the fault once the item has been returned to us with a proof of purchase.
